Position Overview: Support and manage the human resources functions of Queensway Security Service, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Support staff training and development initiatives
  • Coordinate with department heads on workforce needs

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Previous HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Guyanese labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: Provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Clerical & Bookkeeping Officer

Location: Sheet Anchor, Berbice

Position Overview: Manage clerical and bookkeeping responsibilities at our Berbice branch, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
  • Handle daily clerical and administrative duties
  • Manage correspondence and documentation
  • Support the branch with operational needs

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Experience in bookkeeping or clerical work preferred
