Fabricators
Play a key role in building and manufacturing components to specification.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate components and structures to required standards
- Work with various materials and equipment
- Follow technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure quality workmanship throughout
Requirements:
- Proven fabrication experience
- Knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and precision
- Photos or portfolio of previous work preferred
Fitters
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of equipment and components.
Responsibilities:
- Install and fit equipment and components accurately
- Perform maintenance and repairs as needed
- Work to technical specifications and standards

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in fitting
- Strong technical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Welders
Deliver high-quality welding work across our projects and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks to industry standards
- Work with various metals and welding techniques
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Ensure quality and integrity of all welds
Requirements:
- Certified and experienced welder
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Strong safety awareness

QA & QC
Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor work quality across operations
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct quality audits and assessments
- Document and report quality findings
- Work closely with tradespeople to address any issues
- Maintain quality records and documentation
Requirements:
- Experience in quality assurance and quality control
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
