Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Process account applications and service activations
- Provide information about E-Networks products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Deliver positive customer experiences at every interaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects (including Mathematics & English) (required)

Customer Experience Team Lead
Position Overview: Lead our customer experience team in Parika, ensuring excellent service delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the customer experience team
- Ensure team meets service quality standards and targets
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Train and mentor team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Implement customer service best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects (including Mathematics & English) (required)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service background
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Computer literacy and proficiency
Customer Experience Technician
Position Overview: Provide technical support to customers while delivering excellent customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Provide guidance on product setup and usage
- Install and configure customer equipment as needed
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams on complex issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects (including Mathematics & English) (required)
- Related certificate and experience is a plus
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good customer service abilities
- Willingness to learn technical systems
- Computer literacy
