Massy Motors (Guyana) Ltd. is seeking a driven and experienced sales professional to fill the role of B2B Customer Sales Expert for their Georgetown location. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most recognised lubricant brands while building meaningful business relationships across multiple industries.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind growing Massy Motors’ Shell Lubricants business in the B2B space. You’ll be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and converting new customers across industrial, commercial, fleet, mining, agricultural, and marine sectors. This includes conducting site visits, needs assessments, and operational reviews to fully understand what each customer requires, then developing customised proposals using Shell-approved products and value propositions.
You’ll manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business and long-term contracts, while consistently working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for volume, margin, and product mix. Staying ahead of the market is also key — you’ll monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to keep Massy Motors competitive and well-positioned.
Beyond sales, you’ll provide after-sales support and technical guidance, assist customers with basic lubrication advice and oil analysis interpretation, and ensure timely receivables collection. You’ll also contribute to market development strategies, collaborate with technical teams on advanced customer needs, and maintain a structured, active sales pipeline in line with company processes.
Who They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate holds at least five CSEC subjects inclusive of English A or Mathematics, and brings 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales within industrial, automotive, energy, or commercial sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid driver’s licence are also required.
