We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a temporary, part-time capacity. Applications close March 10, 2026.
About the Role
The Customer Service Associate is primarily responsible for processing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and resolving scheduling issues, while ensuring a quality customer experience throughout the entire product installation process.
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Shift Details
5 days per week (1 weekend day included)
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Minimum Requirements
- 5 successful CSEC passes or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Successful completion of a customer service qualification and training course

Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound calls involving scheduling, order modifications, payment processing and general inquiries
- Document all internal and external systems and maintain records of all events
- Act as a liaison between customers, clients and service providers
- Provide timely communication to internal departments to address issues and complaints
- Escalate issues per established procedures
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals in efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and attendance
- Complete a paid customer service training course during your first two weeks
