The Guyana Power and Light Inc. (GPL) is offering an attractive opportunity to qualified candidates to participate in our Management Trainee Programme for 2026.
The objective of the Programme is to train and develop suitably qualified graduates to join our professional team for the implementation of GPL’s Development and Expansion Programme 2025-2029.
The Programme offers an exciting combination of classroom and on-the-job training for a period of twelve (12) months with the possibility of a six (6) months extension. It is expected to commence in April 2026.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
