Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Support various departments with administrative needs
Marketing Assistance
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage and update social media platforms
- Create and schedule social media content
- Support content creation for marketing materials
- Monitor social media engagement and analytics
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate marketing events and promotions
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Coordinate between different departments
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Support client communications and follow-ups
Job Requirements
Experience
- Prior experience in administrative or marketing roles (required)
- Demonstrated ability to handle both administrative and marketing responsibilities
Technical Skills
