Position Overview

As an Administrative & Marketing Assistant, you will play a dual role supporting both the daily administrative operations and the marketing initiatives of Mola Marketing Solutions. This position requires a versatile professional who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist with data entry and database management
  • Support various departments with administrative needs

Marketing Assistance

  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update social media platforms
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Support content creation for marketing materials
  • Monitor social media engagement and analytics
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate marketing events and promotions

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Coordinate between different departments
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Support client communications and follow-ups

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Prior experience in administrative or marketing roles (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both administrative and marketing responsibilities

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required)
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) (required)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms preferred
