What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be hands-on from day one. You’ll assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems, printers, and other equipment, while performing routine checks and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll also be responsible for installing and updating software applications and operating systems, as well as monitoring and maintaining network connectivity and security.
Who They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate holds at least 5 CXC subjects and has between 3 to 5 years of working experience. You should have a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and customer service skills are important, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A willingness to learn and adapt to new and evolving technologies will go a long way in this role.
