Nextech is on the lookout for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis. If you thrive in a retail environment and love connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Representative at Nextech, you’ll be the face of the store — greeting and assisting customers, providing detailed information about products and services, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You’ll be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-stocked will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, including assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Who They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has at least 5 CXC subjects and brings between 3 to 5 years of working experience, with a proven track record in retail sales or a similar role. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers.
