Shaws Media is seeking an experienced, skilled, and efficient Welder/Fabricator to lead our fabrication department.
We are looking for a professional who can lead a team, inspire commitment, and drive efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will be well-seasoned in welding and fabrication of light-gauge metals, including hollow section, plate metals, signage, and related work.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication (light-gauge metals)
- Ability to manage timelines and multiple projects
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Ability to remain level-headed under pressure
- Willingness to work paid overtime and flexible schedules
- A driver’s licence will be an advantage
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Salary Scale:
$350,000 – $450,000
