We are looking for a skilled and experienced VGT Field Services Technician to join our team.
About the Role
The VGT Field Services Technician is responsible for the configuration, installation, maintenance, upgrade and repair of all Sports Betting related equipment and services. This includes on-site troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installations and technical support to minimize downtime and support business continuity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least two (2) years of experience working with VGT machines
- General knowledge of VGT management software is an asset
