Century Tamara Logistic Services (CTLS) is seeking a qualified and motivated HSE Officer to join our growing team.

Job Summary
The HSE Officer will promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship across the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, conducting risk assessments and audits, and delivering safety training to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Investigate incidents and accidents; recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reports
- Support management in promoting a proactive safety culture
- Guide employees on safe work practices and procedures
- Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HSE role
- HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
