Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Citizen of the host country or NRI with a valid work permit
- Fluency in English
- Minimum of:
- A 3-year degree with 3 years of experience, or
- A 2-year diploma/certificate/training in the relevant field with at least 2 years of training from a recognised institution or Guru and 4 years of experience
- Adequate knowledge of the history, philosophy, and traditions of Indian culture
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in teaching the concerned art form
- Working knowledge of computers (audio/video recording, downloading, editing, and online content use)
- Experience in performances, lecture demonstrations, and programme production
- Ability to take initiative and motivate students to achieve high standards of performance, progress, and discipline
