We’re expanding and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operations and drive project performance at Royal Services Guyana Inc., a leader in construction, welding and fabrication, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and project execution
- Lead supervisors and field teams to achieve operational goals
- Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), quality, and timeline compliance
- Drive performance across all operational areas
- Maintain high standards of project delivery
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong HSE and project execution knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
