- CXC passes and prior call center experience (preferred)
- Background check and police clearance
- Verifiable job references
- Strong communication skills and professionalism

- Windows 10+ laptop or desktop (Intel i5 or higher)
- No Macs, Chromebooks, or tablets
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet noted; ethernet connection required
- USB headset and webcam
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Backup power supply (minimum 3+ hours)
