Pharmacist
Position Overview: Lead the dispensing and management of medications, ensuring patients receive safe and effective pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely
- Review and verify prescriptions
- Provide professional advice to patients on medication use
- Manage pharmacy inventory and stock levels
- Collaborate with medical teams on patient care
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards
- Counsel patients on medication safety and interactions
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Valid professional registration and license
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Pharmacist Assistant
Position Overview: Support the pharmacist in day-to-day pharmacy operations while providing excellent service to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the dispensing and preparation of medications
- Support inventory management and stock control
- Help maintain an organized and efficient pharmacy
- Assist patients with general pharmacy inquiries
- Follow pharmacy protocols and safety procedures
- Support record keeping and documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in pharmacy or a related field
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to patient care
Pharmacist Technician
Position Overview: Provide essential technical support to the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package medications under pharmacist supervision
- Assist with dispensing and labeling of prescriptions
- Manage pharmacy inventory and restocking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy
- Process and file pharmacy records and documentation
- Support compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in pharmacy technology from a recognized institution
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Good communication abilities
- Reliable and punctual
