Team Lead / Shift Supervisor

The Team Lead / Shift Supervisor oversees daily store operations at designated Purple Acai Bar locations. Key responsibilities include supervising shift staff, maintaining strict food quality and sanitation standards, and delivering exceptional customer service experience. This role manages daily shift cash flow reconciling physical cash counts against POS system reports and securing funds while enforcing company policies and tracking staff performance. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor oversees store inventory and procurement, managing stock audits, placing routine supply reorders, receiving deliveries, and enforcing FIFO rotation to control food waste and maintain operational stock levels.
