Job Description
Asian Sealand Offshore & Marine International Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounting Clerk to support the finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and tax preparation while ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in an accounting or finance role (senior clerk or similar)
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable and payroll processes
Familiarity with VAT regulations and reporting
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
Process and execute vendor payments accurately and on schedule
Generate and manage customer invoicing
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Handle VAT preparation and filings in compliance with local regulations
Perform and verify bank transfers and transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial records regularly
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation
Assist with audits and financial reporting as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
