We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions and process orders. If you enjoy helping people, this job is a great fit. Applications close March 13, 2026.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes inclusive of English and Mathematics
  • Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional training and certification in customer service/sales and working experience in a similar environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update client records
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Contact potential customers to evaluate and sell products and services
  • Assist in processing orders and transactions
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns and market trends
  • Prepare and update product catalogs
  • Troubleshoot common issues with prices and product codes
