We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions and process orders. If you enjoy helping people, this job is a great fit. Applications close March 13, 2026.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) CSEC passes inclusive of English and Mathematics
- Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional training and certification in customer service/sales and working experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client records
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Contact potential customers to evaluate and sell products and services
- Assist in processing orders and transactions
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns and market trends
- Prepare and update product catalogs
- Troubleshoot common issues with prices and product codes
