Position Overview
As a Senior Vehicle Sales Representative at Tony’s Auto Spares, you will be the key driver of vehicle sales within our company. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle sales procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell vehicles to prospective and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Identify new business opportunities and leads
- Provide expert guidance to customers on vehicle options and features
Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Ensure a positive and seamless buying experience
- Follow up with customers after sales to maintain satisfaction
- Build long-term customer loyalty and trust
Vehicle & Registration Processes
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and registration process
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain knowledge of motor vehicle registration requirements
- Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate smooth transactions
Reporting & Operations
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Prepare reports on sales performance and trends
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall business operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new vehicle offerings
Requirements
Education
- High School Graduate (required)
Experience
- Experience in vehicle sales procedures or a similar field (required)
Technical Skills
- Must be computer literate
- Knowledge of motor vehicle registration processes
