Correia Group of Companies is inviting applications from qualified and professional individuals to fill the position of Office Administrator at Eugene F. Correia International Airport, Ogle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Administration
- Prepare weekly rosters and verify attendance for custodial staff using PeoplePay
- Liaise with external service providers in response to internal reports
- Draft and distribute internal memos and official correspondence
- Represent the company professionally in interactions with external stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role will be an asset
